Tip Top is an alien in BTUAM & Jake 13.
Appearance[]
Tip Top looks like a giant blue spinning top. He has two large green eyes and two holes on his cheeks used for battle as well as a hole on the top of his head. He has sharp razors on the side of his head and a drill under him that is used to spin.
Powers[]
Tip Top can spin very fast, knock people over with his great strength, create miniature tornadoes, stab people with his razors, he can shoot flames from the holes on his cheeks and the top of his head. He can also summon a Fascoti to help him fight.
Trivia[]
- Although Tip Top has no mouth, he can still talk - in a squeaky voice though.

Tip Top is a Rotazineso from Tanto. All Rotazineso are born with a special helper alien that they can summon. The alien comes out from the hole inside of their head and helps battle.
